The traditional external staircase leads up to the first floor where the living quarters could be found. Here a thorough make-over is a necessity. The roof of the house has been replaced around 1995 but might benefit from an additional pack of insulation material.

Our suggestions are definitely to add on a sunroom, a pergola and of course to build terraces to move around the house with the season. A pool could work perfectly in various locations. Just before the house and slightly up the hill sits and old outbuilding. These former stables can be rebuilt as pool house, office, art studio or for example guest dependance.

The exact borders of the plot included in the sale will have to be determined with the seller. The land has to be cut out from a larger property.
